Welcome to Golconda Lux. These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with us, including your use of our digital platforms, visits to our Amsterdam showroom, and any bespoke order contracts entered into with our company.
By engaging with our services, placing commissions, or requesting showroom quotes, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with ordering bespoke furniture or interior design installations.
For custom cabinetry and velvet seating commissions, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate design drafting and frame building. All final balances must be settled in full prior to dispatch or delivery from our warehouse. Production timelines are estimates and subject to master-artisan availability.
Deliveries are executed by premium logistics providers specialized in high-end furniture transit. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon hand-delivery and sign-off at the delivery address. Deliveries within the Netherlands are subject to custom coordination.
In accordance with Dutch consumer law, clients have 14 days to request refunds for standard stock items. However, bespoke commissions, custom size configurations, custom-stained veneer finishes, and unique velvet upholsteries are strictly exempt from standard return rights once production has started.
Golconda Lux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the delivery, installation, or use of our structural interior collections.
These terms and all order agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising under these terms shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands (Court of Amsterdam).
